Client Side Estates Manager - Home Based

Joshua Robert Recruitment is proud to be representing a UK PLC organisation with a significant property portfolio spanning the UK. The organisation is a household name with an excellent reputation within the markets that it operates. Due to a period of change, there is now an opportunity for n Estates Manager to be based from home with one / two days per week at HQ. 

The role will be to provide estates management to a wide variety of commercial real estate. You will undertake lease renewals and rent reviews, asset management and acquisitions & disposals. This is a unique opportunity to work at a senior level influencing decisions and working directly with the Director of Property. You will lead and work on a wide range of asset management projects, directing legal property matters and helping to devise corporate strategy.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to hold an MRICS qualification and have a proven track record settling rent reviews, lease renewals and general estate management cases with a strong understanding of transactional work. You need to be an excellent communicator and strong negotiator.
