M&E Consultant

A senior M&S role in Sheffield/Leeds paying up to £45,000 for an established international organisation.

Your new company
Your new company has over 200 years' experience in the industry. They specialise in cost management and quantity surveying, project management and advisory services. Due to market growth, the M&E Consultancy team is looking for the ideal candidate to help support and continue progress.

Your new role
You will be responsible for preparation of M&E designs and asset capture surveys. You will also be responsible for undertaking building services condition and life cycle surveys. You'll report to the partner responsible for M&E and assist with project delivery where required.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role within M&E will lead to your success, as will:

• Proficient knowledge of 2D drawing software, particularly AutoCAD
• Technical background with a degree in building services/electrical engineering
• Stakeholder management, with a focus on developing client relations and business development.
