Graduate Building Surveyor

An international property and construction consultancy located in central Leeds are currently seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their small yet highly established team.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be working alongside senior members of the consultancy team on a range of project and professional services, whilst being supported through your APC.

As the successful Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing your own diary and working with a varity of prestigious clients.

The Role of The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor will include;

  • Dilapidations
  • Contract Administration
  • Building Pathology
  • Party wall matters

The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have;

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Ideally took a sandwich year
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Full UK driving liscence

In Return, The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £20,000 - £26,000
  • 23 days annual leave
