Quantity Surveyor - PQS

Conrad Consulting have been retained by a market leader multi-disciplinary construction consultancy to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to their city centre office in Edinburgh.

Current workload includes, but is not limited to; Education, Residential and Commercial developments.

The successful applicant must have demonstrable UK construction consultancy experience. The ideal candidate will have a hunger for further progression and ideally looking to sit their APC within the next 12-18 months.

Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:

• A RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying
• Some form of experience within a PQS environment would be beneficial but not essential
• Hunger to succeed and become Chartered
• Ambitious and enthusiastic

On offer for the Quantity Surveyor:

• This position offers between £29,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
• 25 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays
