A small yet highly established professional property consultancy located in Telford are currently seeking an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join their expanding consultancy.

The successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will be working across the broad range of building surveying instructions with a 60:40 split between professional and project based work.

As the successful Intermediate Building Surveyor, you will take instructions from inception through to completion, liaising with clients throughout the process.

The Role of The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will include;

• Defect diagnosis
• Party wall matters
• Dilapidations
• Feasibility studies
• Contract administration

The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will have;

• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• Ideally MRICS or sitting APC in session 2, 2019
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Full UK driving licence

In Return, The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will receive;

• £30,000 - £40,000
