Senior Project Manager - Construction
A well respected Cost and Project Management Consultancy based near Tottenham Court Road are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their rapidly expanding business.

The Role
The successful Project Manager will be delivering specialist services across pre-contract management services, development management, programme management, employers' agent and contract administration.
This role involves managing the successful implementation and delivery of projects to ensure that they are on time, to high quality and within the specified budget.
The successful Project Manager will be involved in a range of sectors including Residential and Hotels. This is an excellent opportunity to diversify your sector experience and have clear career progression.
The Person
As the Senior Project Manager, you will ideally be MRICS or MAPM or working towards them. Or hold other relevant professional qualifications.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Construction related degree
- Construction Consultancy experience (build / refurb projects)
- Demonstrable experience delivering high value build projects on time to budget
- Client facing and driven to succeed
