A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a modern West End multi-discipline practice.

My client is a young practice made up of 50 surveyors across the commercial property sector. They have been providing property expertise successfully for the last 70 years and have always made profit. This firm hold monthly drinks and gatherings, several surveyor's cycle into the office and keep their bikes safely locked in the basement. There is showers and changing facilities on site along with corporate gym discount being offered.

A position in the Building Surveying team has arisen working with prestigious clients across Central London. Due to them being a close-knit team you're given the opportunity to autonomously work across all forms of Building Surveying, whether this being an office fit out, refurbishment on a high-end luxury apartment, working with The Royal Veterinary College or a party wall project.

Work varies, and you're given flexibility to manage your own clients and lead your own projects. This firm invests heavily into their employees by offering a transparent progression scheme, in addition you're offered a very profitable bonus scheme which is very competitive.
