Chartered Building Surveyor
A superb opportunity has arisen for a chartered building surveyor, who is looking to develop their career within an award-winning building consultancy in London.
Our client is a well regarded medium-sized player, with an invigorating and loyal client base, who operate within the UK. They are forward-thinking, relaxed, and embrace change and development.
Delivering services across Office, Retail, Industrial, Education and also Estates. The business provides a peripheral of Building surveying services ranging from project management through to dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall matters and more.
The London office is circa 20 strong employing chartered surveyors, project managers, CAD technicians and support staff. All employees work closely with the Directors, promoting togetherness and cooperation, which in turn allows staff to gain greater exposure and practical knowledge in aid of their professional development.
The role requires you to take ownership of some key projects and clients, delivering projects ranging from £100,000 up to £80m. The workload will be varied, however, will require somebody who has a special interest in professional services and competent within both areas of dilapidations and party wall. In some instances, it is expected that you are able to work under your own initiative and will be expected to help your peers who are tackling their APC.
The individual will be a member of the RICS with a minimum of 2+yrs PQE. It is imperative that you have a demonstrable track record in professional services and have previous experience working within the commercial space.
