Job Details
Joshua Robert are working alongside one of the UK’s most successful and rapidly growing property consultancy’s in the recruitment of a Chartered Rural Surveyor, with a focus on utilities and infrastructure projects across the South & South West region.
As a Chartered Rural Surveyor within the businesses Infrastructure & Utilities team you will provide various services that will include site acquisitions and access, CPO and compensation advice to landowners being affected by large scale, nationwide infrastructure projects including - Transport, Energy, Road & Rail.
As such, you will be a MRICS Surveyor with a proven track record of carrying out the above duties in a timely and diligent manner, you will be a self-starter and will ideally have a number of years’ experience operating within the sector, registered valuer status will also be an added bonus.
