We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a permanent contract position in South West London, working on Private Residential and Hotel projects.

Cost Planning

Tendering / Bill of Quantities production

Preparation of Contract Documents

Valuations/Reviewing Variations

The preparation of Financial Reports to the Client

Contract administration

Client Meetings

Candidate Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent certificationRICS Chartered Surveyor or close to being charteredAn intermediate level of relevant experienceConfident and articulate - this is a Client facing role
