Residential Building Surveyor

I am working with a small but very well regarded General Practice Surveying company within Chichester City centre. Offering their clients Building Surveying and Valuation Surveying services on a range of work both residential and commercial. Acting for both the private, public and third sectors they now have requirement for a Chartered Building Surveyor to be based in the office within Chichester City Centre just a few minutes walk from the station.

About the Building Surveyor Opportunity:

You must be F/MRICS or Assoc RICS and it would be advantageous to be a Registered Valuer although this is not essential as sponsorship will be offered for the right person to acquire this. In order to be successful, you will ideally have experience of areas such as:

• Building Maintenance Works
• Party Walls
• Building Surveys
• Dilapidations
• Home Buyers Report
  

Skills Required:

• Excellent Work and Time Management
• Excellent Report Writing
• Good Communication, Especially Client Facing
• Good IT skills Especially Excel
• Must hold a Valid Driving Licence.
