Job Details

Our Client: International property consultancy which operates in both the public and private sectors.

Projects: Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Retail, Sports, Leisure, Residential, Hotels, Industrial, Local Authority, Conservation and Logistics.

Company Headcount: 500 - 800

Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience across a full range of building surveying duties gained within a professional surveying practice.
  • Excellent client facing skills

Responsibilities of the Senior Building Surveyor:

  • Undertaking technical due diligence surveys, building condition reports, project monitoring, schedules of conditions, building reinstatement cost assessments and contract admin
  • Provide building consultancy advice to clients based in London and the South East of England
