Chartered Building Surveyor
The following opportunity would suit a chartered building surveyor with 1+ years PQE. Who wishes to be a part of a very successful privately owned consultancy in Bristol.
The business is over 600 strong with 10 offices nationally, and mainly operate within the UK, though on occasion overseas. They provide a plethora of services working with private and public sector clients, delivering and managing small to large scale schemes within sectors such as; education, retail, commercial, residential, sport & leisure, motorsport and more.
The Bristol office is looking for a dedicated and motivated Chartered building surveyor, who wishes to take on more responsibility in managing a small team, clients and larger scale projects. The position will see you providing advice on design elements, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of residential and commercial property.
The successful candidate will be somebody who is driven and motivated to drive their career forward and take on greater responsibility and more complex challenges. Ideally, you will be MRICS or an equivalent body with a minimum of 1 yrs post qualification. You will need to have a good understanding of loss adjusting and asset management, as well as experience working throughout the private sector.
