WHATS ON OFFER

THE ROLE

  • Create and prepare 3D computer modelled building images using AutoCAD.
  • Advising your clients on what needs to be amended with regards to Right to Light.
  • Bringing the development potential to an optimum level whilst meeting the above criteria
  • Undertake building surveys and produce accurate plans
  • Produce accurate drawings of existing buildings and proposed works in both 2D and 3D

THE PERSON

  • Fully computer literate and with an exceptional working knowledge of 3D CAD.
  • Educated and qualified in computer-aided drafting and design in both 2D and 3D
  • Excellent communicator and able to produce detailed reports.
  • An interest in the built environment and good spatial awareness/imagination
