Senior Quantity Surveyor
Your new company
This is an international consultancy that is looking to expand their surveying team in Yorkshire. They have a healthy pipeline of work and value people development.
Your new role
You will be managing a nationwide retail contract, maintaining the client relationship and ensuring value for money in all circumstances. You will tender and appoint contractors to projects, monitor safety compliance and develop commercial strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working on retail contracts and have MRICS status. You will work effectively and have the ability to present and communicate with clients. You will also have a keen eye for detail, with regard to cost and safety.
