Senior Quantity Surveyor - PQS / Consultancy - Birmingham

A leading forward thinking multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking to bring in a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background on build sector projects within a PQS environment.

They have six offices across the UK and have a vast array of residential/commercial projects coming up and need a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor lead to take on a variety of Quantity Surveyor/EA responsibilities.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects ranging in value from £1m to £50m across a variety of sectors, this really is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor with the right skill set.

In Return:

  • £50,000 - £55,000
  • Car allowance

Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements

  • MRICS Ideally
  • 6 Years PQE Quantity Surveying experience
  • Articulate and ambitious
  • Ideally MRICS
  • RICS Accredited Degree
  • Good Understanding of contracts, JCT, NEC etc.
