Our Client: Well established Property and Construction Consultancy with offices throughout the South East.
Projects: Housing, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Local Authority, Conservation.
Company Headcount: 50 - 100
Requirements of the Senior Employer's Agent:
- MRICS or MCIOB qualified
- Ideally you will have over 5 years PQE
- Proven track record of performing the Employer's Agent role, particularly related to housing and education
