Associate Building Surveyor

An expanding chartered surveying practice who focus on the prime and super-prime residential property markets are seeking a client-facing Associate Building Surveyor to join and assist in the expansion of their team.

Based on the Berkshire/Surrey border with all work located in the South East, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will work alongside high-profile clients in the financial sector and private developers who specialise in the residential property market.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be client-facing, proficient in carrying out building surveys and be confident in working alongside some of the UK's finest properties.

The Successful Associate Building Surveyor?

  • MRICS qualified
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • Proficient in carrying out residential building surveys
  • Confident in dealing with high net worth individuals
