Chartered Building Surveyor

Joshua Robert are working with a multi – disciplined, national property consultancy in the recruitment of a Chartered Building Surveyor for their office in Plymouth.

The business, who are going through a sustained period of growth, are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to deliver building consultancy services to a wide range of commercial clients across the Plymouth and wider South West region.

You will form part of the businesses leading Building Consultancy team and will be carrying out duties such as statutory approval applications, project monitoring, preparing schedules of conditions, negotiating schedules of dilapidations and feasibility studies / scheme designs for various building types, along with other duties.

As such, you will be an MRICS Building Surveyor with excellent working knowledge of CAD, you will also be well - versed in the field of pre-acquisition building surveys and schedule of conditions.
