Assistant Building Surveyor

An award-winning private practice based in Central London are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor with 18+ months recorded APC diary to join their expanding team.

Working alongside Central London's most exclusive residential properties ranging from listed apartment blocks in Kensington/Chelsea to converted warehouses in SE1.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will receive tailored APC support and join a team who have got 4 Assistant Building Surveyor's Chartered over the last 2 years (100%).

Clients including;

  • Residential occupiers
  • Investors & property developers
  • Property managers
