You will have experience of working on historical buildings, along with an understanding of the requirements of working on listed buildings, such as restorations, alterations and refurbishments. You will also bring solid experience of technical project delivery from client brief through to handover on London based projects. A degree in Construction Management is essential and you will ideally be MRICS chartered.
Working as part of a firm that knows the client needs to come first, you will be an excellent communicator with multi stake holder, client liaison experience. You are also a proactive person with the ability to deliver the best for you, the team and the client.
