Senior Quantity Surveyor

I'm working with an exciting business based in the South West of Central London who have an opportunity for an ambitious and capable Senior QS to join their growing team.

Currently a small to medium sized project and cost management consultancy with a booming project pipeline and huge growth plans for the coming months.

These guys are specialists with in the Prime & Super-Prime Residential market both overseas and in the UK. Example projects include Grade II listed buildings, commercial office blocks and luxury country house conversions to name a few.

You will be will give you as much responsibility as you would like, and allow you autonomy over your own diary, with plenty of room to progress on and up through the business for those ambitious enough.

This business regularly has away days e.g. Races, as well as regular socials and they are a young fun office.

To be eligible for this role, the following are desirable:

- MRICS

- Cradle to grave project experience

- Minimum 5 years industry experience
