They task their employees with providing intelligent and commercial solutions to ensure their clients' portfolios deliver the maximum return possible.

Your new role

You will joining a team based in Birmingham office, consisting of two partners, one associate and one surveyor. This is a friendly and inclusive team that operates well as a unit so will offer you support and assistance as required to help you build expertise and develop a career.

The primary focus of this role will see you conducting rent reviews and lease renewals for both landlords and tenants. You will conduct property inspections, negotiations to develop long-lasting relationships with a full range of retail clients, as well as compiling expert reports.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an MRICS qualified Surveyor with a track record within lease consultancy. You will be a highly driven individual with the desire to achieve results for yourself and for a team target.

What you'll get in return

A competitive base salary of up to £50,000 based on your experience, car allowance, performance based bonus, 26 days holiday +Bank Holidays and Christmas, plus a fantastic progression route.
