Strategic sales manager - Call centre & field sales
Hays are working in partnership again with PPL/PRS to secure them a strategic sales manager to join the senior management team.
This is not a go out into the field BD sales manager role just to be clear. There will of course be client interaction and key stakeholder meeting when appropriate but 90% of this role office-based shaping and streamlining the sales offering for the sales teams.
Sales data, sales leads, strategic sales plans for field and telesales. This is what hopefully gets you excited as this will form the key part of this role.

* 65k base
* 7.5% of salary bonus
