Our Client: Well established multi-disciplinary consultancy
Projects: Housing, Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Retail, Local Authority and Industrial
Company Headcount: 100 - 150
Requirements of the Chartered Building Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified or working towards qualification
- 3 - 6 years Building Surveying experience
- Experience of working on a wide variety of projects
- Experience of undertaking a role as contract administrator, employers agent, project manager and preparation of specifications and drawings
