Associate Director, Quantity Surveying - London
A long standing, modern Quantity Surveying practice with an ambitious and forward thinking Director is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them as an Associate Director.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be part of a close knit team and be responsible for project delivery, developing new business sectors, as well as maintaining current areas and clients.
The Company
A Cost Consultancy with a plethora of sectors and interesting projects across London.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will based in Central London, in the practices new offices, where you will team up with the Director and Head of Fund Monitoring.
You will work across a range of build sectors including Theatres, Residential, Private Education, and much more.
The Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or significant Quantity Surveying experience
- UK, PQS/Cost Consultancy experience
- Pre and Post contract knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Committed to developing new business
- Client facing
