Regional Building Surveyor - Home Based
Oxfordshire

£45,000 (including £5k car)
Your new company
A public sector Charity has approached me to source an experienced Building Surveyor to cover a regional patch as part of a small team of surveyors.
Your new role
You will be providing a range of technical services to the mixed property portfolio including fit outs, alterations, major repairs, maintenance issues and more. The portfolio includes offices, retail, warehouses, domestic etc. Working from home but with an office in Oxford that can be attended, you will be responsible for organising your own diary and regularly liaising with your team.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have a relevant qualification in surveying, a full UK driving license is required as there is travel to sites required. You will also have experience in project and risk management and you may have worked at a strategic level before.
