Job Details
A public sector client based in Lancashire is looking for an Estates Surveyor to assist in the provision of professional support to the property function to deliver key investment opportunities.
Your role will include:
- Valuations on commercial, residential and operational properties
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Service charge management
- Negotiations of leases and all other property interests for lettings, surrenders, assignments etc under the L&T act
- Acquisitions and disposals
You will be working with a team of professionals in a very friendly environment for an initial 3 months.
About You:
- It is preferred if you are a registered valuer/MRICS and/or have a relevant degree
- This role will involve driving so you will be at an advantage if you have a valid driving licence
- A sound knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act is desirable
