Chartered Commercial Building Surveyor, Central London

Qualifications and skills needed

• At least 2 years MRICS PQE - within a commercial property position
• BSc (Hons)
• Full driving licence
• A great communicator able to provide, clear, concise advice, both verbally and in writing

The role

We are seeking an ambitious and effective Chartered Building Surveyor for our London office who is looking to progress onto the next stage of their development as a commercial building surveyor. We need someone with broad commercial experience, who prides themselves on providing excellent client care and service delivery, as you will be building and maintaining relationships with clients, therefore enjoying direct client contact and is seeking to develop their skills at business generation is vitally important, rewards of this will be reflected in our bonus structure.

The role will involve undertaking all aspects of work on diverse projects, for industry leading clients in London and across the South East of England, including:

• contract administration and development services
• landlord and tenant
• technical due diligence
