Assistant Quantity Surveyor, West London

A leading, Architectural and Surveying practice in West London are seeking an intelligent Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is committed to achieving MRICS and progressing with a medium size consultancy.

A London based role with a multi-disciplinary consultancy. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work within a sociable and dynamic team who carry out a diverse Quantity Surveying role including:

  • Employers Agent
  • Pre Contract
  • Post Contract
  • Cost Management
  • Project Management

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work on a broad array of residential projects; new build and refurbishments.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • 18+ months PQS/Consultancy experience in the UK
  • BSc or MSc in a Quantity Surveying related degree
  • Good communication skills
  • Committed to achieving MRICS
