Maintenance Supervisor - Facilities

We are currently working with a leading Facilities Service provider to recruit a Maintenance/Hard Services Supervisor to work on a prestigious NHS Hospital contract in Nottingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3 engineers and ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard. You will be required to ensure all PPM's and Reactive duties are completed and checked and report any arising issues back to senior management.

Responsibilities

· Supervise a team of 3 engineers either Mechanically or Electrically biased

·Respond to all enquiries on site promptly.

·Carry out maintenance repair work and ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs.

·Follow planned preventative procedures and reporting any arising issues to the lead contract manager

·Ensure good relationships with clients and external customers.

·Perform rectification of defects, ensuring all safety and performance standards are met in accordance with the contract.

Requirements

·Supervisory / Lead experience

·NHS or Hospital/Healthcare projects experience

·Excellent client facing skills.

·Be able to provide references.

·Electrical or Mechanical qualifications
