Investment Manager - Client Side - Costa Rica

A very rare opportunity to partner up with a relatively new PropCo to assist in their Real Estate Investment strategy as an Investment Manager. They have a strong balance sheet to play with and would be looking to you to help advise and guide them on their future strategy

As the main person on the ground in this geographical region, you will have very close contact with the principal of the company with your thoughts and opportunities, and thus have that freedom and autonomy entrusted to you to find value in your investments

THE ROLE

• Being involved in all aspects of a deal - from acquisition to close;
• Identifying Property asset investment opportunities in the market;
• Building and running detailed financial models to demonstrate value and income projections;
• Conduct thorough valuations and financial analysis;
• Assess macro and micro-economic trends in the geography;
• Present to key stakeholders.

THE PERSON

• Demonstrable and relevant years of experience in property investment, acquisitions and/or property development on a large scale
• Experience in financial modelling, including scenario and sensitivity based analysis.
• Experienced within construction or real estate
• Experience in Commercial and Hospitality Assets highly desired
• Strong analytical skills
• Commercially aware.
