* Role: Project Director / Commercial Fit-Out.

*Position: A hugely successful major property and real estate consultancy, are seeking a Project Director to join the company's Oxford office.

* Person: Project Director with Consultancy experience circa 5 years minimum, experience in Commercial fit out (including logistics) preferably from a Building Surveying background.

The newly appointed Project Director will be joining a forward-thinking company with a significant presence nationally, and a growing list of clients.

A market leading organisation, committed to providing a first-rate service in a number of sectors but mainly commercial.

The Role

This Project Director role will involve day to day management of the Oxford office, recruitment of the new team members as well as servicing the current client base and developing new business.

The Person

The successful Project Director for this role will come from a Building Surveying background and have a demonstrably progressive career, now seeking to take the next step.
