A leading, regional property business based in Sussex are recruiting for a Residential Valuations Surveyor on a contract basis.
The organisation specialises in both commercial and residential property and has a significant private and institutional client portfolio, due to contract wins they now have an opportunity for a Residential Valuer to carry out surveys, valuations and produce HomeBuyer reports across the South Coast, on a freelance basis.
Reporting to the Valuations Director this role will take responsibility for a broad mix of private and institutional clients. The role will cover building surveying, valuations and the production of HomeBuyer reports.
To be considered you will be an experienced Residential Valuations Surveyor with a solid track record of delivering accurate and concise reports / valuations.
