Job Details

Our client is a young and vibrant new homes agency currently seeking a Temp Sales & Marketing coordinator to join their team in Sussex. This role will be supporting the sales departments across the business, ensuring they hit targets and ensuring the brand message is consistent throughout the company.

You will not be far from a beach, wish is great during the hot summers and for the right individual who shows promise in the role by meeting and surpassing expectations, you will be kept on permanently.

Duties

  • Generating Sales Leads
  • Working with advertising agencies on marketing material
  • Creating design and content for Brochures, picking photographs and writing descriptions of new units.
  • Management of the website branding
  • Writing content and Updating Websites
  • Management of online property portals, both in-house and external port i.e. Rightmove
  • Attending weekly sales meeting and writing weekly reports
  • Taking customer site enquiry calls & visiting sites

Experience Required

  • Must have worked within a NEW HOMES business or Division (1-year min)
  • 1 years experience in sales or marketing and proven track record of hitting KPIs
  • Ability to use Photoshop or InDesign
  • Ability to work fast pace
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills.
