Graduate / Trainee Building Surveyor

Quantum Survey & Project Management is a practise based in North Somerset. Due to expanding workload we have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate / Trainee Building Surveyor.

The practise specialises in Surveying and Contract Administration within the Insurance Reinstatement industry. Repair / rebuild schemes to domestic / commercial / industrial structures following incidents of fire, flooding, impact etc

This is an exciting opportunity to join a general practise for a focused, forward-thinking Graduate that will offer you an excellent experience to develop your career as a Building Surveyor and progress internally along with structured support on your APC.

The Candidate

  • RICS or CIOB accredited Degree 
  • Full clean UK driving licence 
  • Willing to travel to various sites across the South and South Wales

  • Highly professional in character and demeanour, with good communication skills
