A commercial Senior Project Manager is required to join one of London's most exciting consultancies to lead on a prestigious cultural heritage and mixed use Project. This is part refurb and part new build extending the current site creating the first of a prestigious hotel brand in the UK as well as commercial and retail space - this is a career defining project to work on and will raise industry profile to deliver this one well almost insuring promotion to associate or director within 12-24 months based on your performance and client satisfaction
This is a really exciting organisation to join who are independent and financially strong.
As Senior Project Manager you will be involved in the full life cycle experience of the project, You will have past experience in Heritage / cultural projects as well as having delivered high volume, high quality, mixed use schemes.
Both client side experience and strong consultancy experience are desirable.
This team is extremely social and are looking to hire ambitious and driven Individuals.
