Job Details
Based in inner London, a public sector client is looking for a Commercial Estates Surveyor to manage a large and varied portfolio. You will be asked to provide your expertise and give property advice, management and valuation services in order to increase income and maximise opportunities.
Your Role:
- Be a main adviser within the property team of commercial and surplus properties
- Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals and Landlord & Tenant
- Valuation of assets owned
- Negotiate leases
- Liaise with solicitors and manage external agents and consultants
- Acquisitions & disposals
About You:
- It is preferred that you hold MRICS
- Ideally you will have an estate management or similar degree
