Associate Director, London

An International Quantity Surveying Consultancy are looking to appoint an Associate Director who will work alongside the Head of Cost Management/Quantity Surveying in London.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work as the Director's number 2; taking responsibility for delivering projects, winning new work, and maintaining current client relationships.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be part of a succession plan which offers a pathway to Partnership and the chance to have equity within one off the UKs top Quantity Surveying practices.

The Associate Director

  • Quantity Surveying background (PQS/Consultancy)
  • MRICS, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of running build projects; pre & post contract
  • A proven track record of winning new work
