A new, exciting opportunity has arisen within an award- winning Project & Building Consultancy based in their Lancashire office. My client is an independent and fast growing consultancy looking for a Project Manager/ Employers Agent to join the business to help build and continue their success within the residential development sector. This consultancy has an amazing reputation and is established on a number of core North West frameworks as well as private developer clients.

My client is looking for a Project Manager ideally with Employers Agent experience to focus on residential development projects where you will be responsible for supporting the development team and providing effective and efficient solutions for your clients. As a Project Manager/ Employers Agent, your work will be focused within the North West, assisting in day to day activities to ensure everything is running expertly throughout the project.

We are looking for candidates with the following

• Either a Building Surveying or quantity surveying background with cost and/or project management experience.

• Residential or social new build housing projects experience.

• A RICS Chartered surveyor is desirable with minimum 3-5 years PQE.

• Key attributes and characteristics such as determination and passion to succeed within this position and company will surely lead to further career progression for this senior level appointment.

• You will ideally have experience working within Housing Organisations or RSL's on new build housing frameworks.

• Experience of working in an Employers Agent role is advantageous.
