My client are a niche, multi-disciplinary boutique consultancy, based in enviable South West London offices. They provide a number of high quality services, predominantly to high net worth individuals. The majority of their work falls in to the high end/super-prime residential sector for listed buildings and conservation areas and whilst the projects are predominantly in London, they also have schemes running in Europe and the Carribean. They pride themselves on their professional, yet relaxed nature and providing bespoke services to Clients.

You will be a Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor with an interest of working on super-prime residential projects. Sector experience is not essential as my client will consider candidates from any sector. You will be personable, dynamic and comfortable dealing with high net worth individuals. MRICS would be advantageous, however my client is willing to support strong, unchartered candidates through their APC.

Responsibilities:

• Cost planning
• Procurement and Tender evaluation
• Delivering projects
• Liaising with high net worth individuals
• Cost Reporting
• Contract Administration

Basic Requirements:

• A BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or related
• 3-5 years post degree experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and ambitious

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience of working in a consultancy
• Experience of working on high end residential projects
• MRICS
• Experience of dealing with clients directly

In return you will be offered:

• £50,000-£65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
