Estates Surveyor - Client Side

Joshua Robert Recruitment is currently representing a unique, forward thinking organisation with a fast growing estate and exciting future growth plans. The business is going from strength to strength and now has an opportunity for an Estates Surveyor to manage a variety of property across various sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to further their career.

The role itself will be varied and will work as part of the wider property team. You'll review leases and negotiate new terms, you'll identify re-gears and manage rent reviews. In addition, you'll oversee dilapidation claims, rent collection, service charge and tenant liaison.

To be considered, you'll need to be a motivated surveyor with the desire to manage and impact upon your own property portfolio. It's important you are MRICS or working towards it. This role will offer lots of opportunity for progression, so you must have the desire to add value in a client side environment.
