Graduate Building Surveyor

The Company

A leading property group with a network across the UK. The organisation specialises in both commercial and residential property and has a significant portfolio under management.

Due to expansion, they currently have an opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to assist looking after a varied portfolio of property and projects.

The Role

The role will cover building surveying services on existing Commercial and Residential property management contracts.  Assisting senior team members, your new role will give you involve:

• Working with internal stakeholders to create a Total Asset Lifecycle Maintenance service
• Working with the PM on maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Preparation of Schedules of Condition
• Pre-acquisition surveys
• Other ad hoc work across the teams

The Candidate

To be considered for this post you will have graduated in a relevant degree (ideally in Building Surveying) and be hungry to learn in a fast-paced environment whilst working through your APC.  

Experience in industry (ideally a placement year) is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
