Our client manages a mixture of multi-let commercial units in the Kent and East Sussex areas for a range of high net worth individuals and property companies. This mixed portfolio of predominately industrial and office space with the odd retail unit will provide a varied and challenging working environment for an experience property manager who wants to have control over their own portfolio and can hit the ground running. 

This is a new position due to growth and there would be fantastic long term prospects for someone who wants to grow within a friendly and well run, profitable company. It could suit a Property Manager who no longer wants to commute into London, and although ideally you will be RICS qualified it is not essential as experience is key.
