Your new company
Hays Property & Surveying are currently working with rapidly growing consultancy who are looking to appoint a number of freelance Building Surveyors.
Your new role
You will be home-based with travel to sites to conduct Property Valuations, Homebuyer Reports and Building Survey Reports within London. You will need your own vehicle to get to all the locations. Working within a team of 9 Building Surveyors, you will be supported by an administration team based in their head office. You will be expected to carry out 2 surveys per day. This role is extremely flexible - work 5 days a week or just work weekends if you want to pick up a second job.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will be MRICS preferably, but they are happy to look at AssocRICS
- Experience with conducting Property Valuations, Homebuyer Reports and Building Survey Reports
- Strong technical skills
- Your own vehicle and tools
- Residential experience with some commercial
