Associate Director of Building Surveying, multi-disciplinary consultancy, permanent appointment, £60-£70,000

This rapidly growing consultancy offering tailored solutions to construction and property clients within the public and private sectors. Working with some extremely high profile clients with diverse portfolios in a range of different sectors, including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Residential, Retail, Sports, Leisure & Hotels.

With offices throughout the UK, my client are looking to grow their London business by hiring an Associate Director to manage and develop business.

Your new role
You will join this dynamic and warm team at Associate Director level, and help grow the team by supporting the Directors in managing the department and taking on responsibility to grow your own team in the future. You will also carry out a range of Building Surveying duties, including both project and professional services.

What you'll need to succeed
Desirable- MRICS or MCIOB

You will have strong experience working as a Senior Building Surveyor and be interested in managing people if you don't already possess that experience. You will also have worked in consultancy setting and good experience working to client's requirements.
