Associate Quantity Surveyor

Our Client: Independent global construction and property consultancy.

Projects: This role will be concentrated within the Residential team.

Details of the Associate Quantity Surveyor role:

• MRICS qualified with solid consultancy experience
• The role will be hands on, day to day dealing with all aspects of a multiple unit residential schemes.
• The project is currently in procurement stage but there are other projects to assist on in various stages as well including cost planning and post contract delivery
• Must have experience in multiple unit residential schemes
• Previous experience of dealing with builders/developers is preferred

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced associate level quantity surveyor to join a market leader working on a range of large scale and interesting projects.
