Senior Chartered Building Surveyor
An internationally respected, innovative multi-disciplinary construction and building consultancy are looking to appoint a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their strong North West presence in the Manchester offices.
A highly established consultancy with a range of prestigious clients, the successful Senior Chartered Building Surveyor would be undertaking a wide variety of building surveying instructions including, but not limited to; fund monitoring, technical due diligence, contract administration (JCT) and project management.
As the successful Senior Chartered Building Surveyor you would have the opportunity to develop your career within a consultancy that believes in supporting its employees and assisting them in achieve both their professional and personal goals.
The Successful Senior Chartered Building Surveyor will have;
- MRICS ideally
- RICS accredited degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within a consultancy environment
In Return, The Successful Senior Chartered Building Surveyor will receive;
- £45,000 - £55,000
- Performance based bonus
