Building Surveyor

Very reputable consultancy looking for a Building Surveyor to join their Manchester City Centre office.

Your new role
In your new role you will be covering both the Professional and Project sides of Building Surveying on a range of properties - whether that is planned preventative maintenance, preparing schedules, Building Surveys, preparing feasibility studies or liaising with clients, you will have a very diverse working environment with no two days the same.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have post qualification experience, ideally MRICS or close to sitting your APC. You will have experience in both project and professional work. As you will be client facing, it is important you are a strong communicator and good at relationship building.
