A forward thinking, national building consultancy are currently looking to appoint a Building Surveyor in the West Midlands to join their growing and expanding national building surveying presence.

The consultancy predominantly works within the residential sector undertaking a variety of instructions including; defect diagnosis, party wall matters, schedules of condition, technical due diligence. The role would be home based and as such the successful Building Surveyor would be expected to manage their own diary and ensure they manage their time efficiently.

The consultancy prides itself on taking its employees through the APC and have an excellent support structure ensuring that candidates have the full support of the business.

The Successful Building Surveyor will have;

• Ideally sitting the APC in 2019
• Excellend communication skills
• Strong knowledge of building pathology
• Experience with residential or commercial sectors

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;

• £30,000 - £40,000
